Ball valves 11с67п TM "Marshal" manufactured by factory of pipeline armature of LZTA "MARSHAL" (formerly — private JSC "Spetsavtomatika") with demountable and welded housings, with flange type connection and welded end. The largest valve factory in Ukraine – LLC "LZTA MARSHAL continues to expand the range of its products. Since the beginning of this year was the completion of the range KSTG three-way ball valves from DN 15 to DN 200 diameter (previously released only diameters DN 50, 80, 100).

These cranes are designed for objects with a working medium – water, gas, petroleum products and other non-toxic and non-corrosive environments; ambient temperature – from -40° C to +180°C. Launched serial production of ball valves of large diameters DN 600-700 used for installation on pipelines transporting gas, water and petroleum products. These types of ball valves will be supplied to the oil and gas industry facilities and energy facilities.

Steel ball valves 11с67п MARSHALL are made of carbon steel (steel 20), steel 09G2S (for cold climate), stainless corrosion-resistant steel 12KH18N10T. The shut-off element (ball) — steel 12KH18N10T. The connection of three types-flange, butt weld, socket weld.

Working environment temperature from minus 40 ° C to + 180 ° C (to + 250ºС performed for pair). The ambient temperature is not below minus 30 ° C (NF1), not lower than 60 ° C (HL1).

Controls ball valves are available in two versions: lever for quick opening and closing and reducer or electric motor for smooth opening and closing of the valve and prevent water hammer in the pipeline.

Diameters (DN, mm): from 10 to 700 according to GOST 28343-89/ISO 7121-86 on pressure (PN) 16 (1.6 MPa) to 160 (16 MPa).
