The conditions of return of goods

If for any reason You decide to refuse from the purchased goods, you can do so in accordance with the RF Law "On protection of consumer rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1.

Return of goods of good quality.

1. The client is entitled to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before it is received, and after receiving the Goods - within 7 (seven) days, excluding the day of purchase.
2. Return of goods of good quality is possible if its trade dress, consumer properties, and also the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of this Product.
3. The customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods, having individually defined properties, unless specified Goods may be used only by the Client purchasing it.
4. At refusal of the Customer from the goods of good quality, the Seller must return to him the sum paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the cost of the seller on delivery from the consumer of the returned goods, not later than 10 days from the date the consumer the corresponding requirement.

Return of goods of improper quality

Under the goods of improper quality means the product is not able to provide its functional features because of the substantial defect (with the presence of defects/scrap).

The buyer, who sold the goods of inadequate quality if it has not been stipulated by the seller, may opt to declare any of the following requirements:

• replacement of the goods of similar brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand (model, article) with appropriate recalculation of the purchase price;
• proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
• gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement for their correction by buyer or any third party;
• entitled to withdraw from the contract and demand the return paid for the goods amount.

When you return technically difficult goods of improper quality (a list of such goods is approved by Decree of the RF Government dated 10.11.2011 № 924 "On approval of the list of technically sophisticated goods") the buyer has the right to demand:

• replacement of the goods of similar brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand (model, article) with appropriate recalculation of the purchase price;
• to withdraw from the contract and demand the return paid for the goods amount.

All of the above requirements to return the goods of improper quality may be made in the following terms:

• The product warranty period during the warranty period;
• For a product with no warranty period within a reasonable period, but not more than 2 years.

The seller reserves the right to deny exchange or return if it considers that the essential disadvantage is a result of product misuse!

In the event of any discrepancy in quality or causes of defects, the Seller shall have the right to conduct an independent examination at his own expense. The purchaser may participate in the examination and to challenge its decision in court. If the result of examination it is established that the defects appeared through the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for the cost of examination and related to its conduct of the cost of transportation and storage of goods.

How to issue a refund!

If for any reason You wish to return or exchange an item, you need to start the return procedure. Go to my account and there go to the tab "order History". On the page order History (Fig.1), click "Return goods" (arrow 1) or go to the "order Details" (arrow 2), where as you can press the button "Return" (Fig. 2).

After pressing the back button, we go to the registration page of the return, fill in the fields correctly where you purchased the product (Fig. 3).

After sending the return request, the Seller will receive a notification and contact you. If the Seller leaves you in touch with him, we were in touch, and discuss the conditions of return.

Because all payments on the site are under the "Secure transaction", the site unlocks your money and the money is yours. But... the money will be unlocked only after You ship the item back to the seller. If the goods are not defective, broken during shipping or other non-dependent reasons, and You just changed your mind - RETURN is at your expense!

TIP: Try to choose a product according to your tastes and your requirements, all calculated in advance! Because when you make your return, this impacts negatively on the reputation of the Seller, but... as it affects negatively to your reputation. And next time, another Salesperson when you receive your order, will see the reputation of the Customer and may refuse!

Waiver services

If for any reason You decide to withdraw from execution of the contract on performance of works (rendering of services), you can do so in accordance with the RF Law "On protection of consumer rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1.

The consumer is entitled to terminate the contract about performance of work (delivery of service) at any time by paying the contractor part of the price of proportionally part of the work performed (services rendered) prior to receipt of notice of termination said contract and reimburse the contractor the costs incurred by him up to this point for the execution of the contract, if they are not included in the specified part of the price of works (services).

• The consumer at detection of shortcomings of the service rendered shall be entitled at its choice to demand:

1. Gratuitous elimination of defects;
2. A corresponding reduction in price;
3. Reimbursement of incurred expenses on elimination of lacks by own strength or the third parties;

• The consumer is entitled to make claims associated with defects of provided services if they are discovered during the warranty period, and at its absence in reasonable term, within two years from the date of acceptance of the rendered services;
• In case of refusal from the contract the consumer is entitled to a refund of the paid amounts;
• The consumer is entitled to demand full compensation of losses caused to it in connection with lacks of performed work (rendered services);
• The contractor is responsible for defects of the service, on which no warranty period if the consumer proves that they have arisen before its acceptance, or for reasons arisen prior to this moment.

The list of goods not subject to exchange!

It is impossible to exchange within 14 days?

Here is the list, approved by the legislation of the Russian Federation:

• Preventive and therapeutic products used in the home are a variety of medicines. In particular, this includes metal products, rubber, textiles and other materials, which are used for hygienic purposes. The restriction applies to the items needed to care for children, medical instruments and equipment, dental hygiene, eye lenses and medications;
• Personal hygienic products, including items for hygiene of the oral cavity, the attributes of hair care
  Cosmetics and perfumery;
• Digital goods and Software;



• The goods textile production of natural and synthetic materials, over-the-counter footage. This includes items cable production and materials for building and finishing works, also let go of the meter;
• Garments, including knitwear products (underwear);
• Polymer products identified for contact with food, this also applies to disposable tableware, containers for carrying food, cooking utensils made of polymers;
• Household chemicals, pesticides, various chemicals used in agriculture;
• Jewelry manufacturer as well as items containing precious metals, faceted gemstones. This can include as decoration, and inlaid with luxury items;
• auto - Moto - velo - goods related to them items such as trailers or license plates of the vehicles. Vessels for domestic use; mobile tools for farming activities;
• Products household use, added to the complex type of equipment and having the time of warranty service designated by the manufacturer;
• Weapons for civil service purposes of use, and related products;
• Animals and plants;
• Printed editions of non-periodic, e.g., copies of books, notes, etc.

Technically complex products that cannot be returned to the store

The list was approved in 2011. This category includes devices produced with the use of high level technologies.

Because many of them are used in daily life, should take responsibility for the choice of the goods and, subject to availability, the health test.

For the same reasons, consider this category separately. So, in the specified type of goods comprises:

lightweight devices air travel using to move the internal combustion engine (ice);

auto, Moto and other mobile tools for internal combustion engines, or electricity, used to driving on the roads, which are in General use;

agricultural equipment and machinery with internal combustion engines or motor;

transport with internal combustion engines, the purpose of which — movement through the snowy space;

floating sport court or a tourist and recreational destination, equipped with ice;

navigation and wireless communication devices used in the home, equipped with a screen with touch sensitivity that contains two or more technical capabilities;

system units, PC, home and portable, laptops, PC;

MFPs that use laser or inkjet printing, monitors, digital control unit;

all digital home cinema and just watching television;

digital cameras, complementing equipment, and optical equipment for quality photos or videos, appliances for the kitchen and bathroom;

clock production, mechanical or electronic, containing different number of features.

When not subject to return products of proper quality?

If a product has no flaws and marriage, but simply ceased to please the purchaser.

There is no apparent valid reason for the return, namely:

• the product is the wrong shape;
• the buyer required the goods with different dimensions;
• it requires a different style;
• you need another colors;
• wrong size;
• not the complete set necessary to the buyer.

Then the seller legally has the right to refuse return or exchange:

1. If a product is included in the list of those that the law forbids to return or change;
2. If you do not observe the rules that apply to returned goods.

Return policy is simple:

• this product should not be used should be retained for presentation;
• industrial packaging must be intact;
• factory tags, labels and seals must be present on the spot;
• on hand, you must have a receipt confirming purchase of the goods.

Is it possible to return an item without a receipt? Considered a valid confirmation from the witnesses about purchasing the product.

The return of things of improper quality

The appearance of the list of goods that are prohibited to exchange or return, resulted in a negative effect in situations where the sellers hang warning labels stating that you will not be able to exchange or return their product.

While there are cases when, taking advantage of legal restrictions, trying to sell a faulty product.

In cases of this kind of fraud need to know that the list of non-returnable goods is crossed by article 18 of the Federal Law "On protection of consumer rights".

This article gives the purchaser upon detection of a defective item range of the following rights:

• fixing the defects of the goods at the seller's expense or compensation for their removal by third parties;
• the proportional reduction in the cost of purchased goods;
• exchange defective merchandise for the same;
• replacement of defective products at the identical from another manufacturer with the recalculated value;
• the return of goods with receiving funds back.

Discounted goods

Discounted merchandise is the one that the seller had set the price lower than the original. In this case the buyer is not obliged to know the reasons for the markdowns. Discounts have the same principle of action of the seller and are similar markdowns.

The seller reserves the right to establish the price of the product and change it at its discretion. It can be reduced for commercial reasons, driving store, or upon discovery of any defect.

In the case where the price of goods is reduced due to the presence of his flaws, the seller should be required to inform the buyer about existing defects.

Then legally the transaction will be clean, the buyer will not be able to request exchange or refund, based on the flaws which it notified in advance. However, if you find defects in addition to specified in advance, the user can exercise their rights.

The seller is obliged to replace the product or return the funds to the buyer.

That the goods were sold at a discount, or markdown, is not an argument for refusal. But the seller has grounds to demand compensation for examination, if it turns out that the defect appeared at the fault of the buyer, not the store or the manufacturer.

Before you try to return a purchase:

• Know your civil rights, and consumer rights. Many stores are counting on the lack of awareness of their clients;
• It is your product in the list of "non-performing". If Yes, then return or replace it, you can only under condition of poor quality. It is stipulated by Law.

If the seller refuses from examination of the defective goods or the results of the procedure you seem dubious, can request their expertise with third parties. In the event of your innocence, the seller will be obliged to reimburse the cost of the examination. However, if you find your mistake when deciding from the store, you will have to pay for the expertise.
